Portal Update: Mobile Support & Workflow Improvements April 2026
We have upgraded the DLEGATE portal to a new technology foundation. This update improves overall system performance, introduces full mobile functionality, and enhances collaboration capabilities for operational teams.
- Decoupled Case and Call Handling:
You can now create, prepare, and manage cases entirely independently. You no longer need to initiate a live video call to set up a case file. - Full Mobile and Tablet Capabilities:
The portal is now fully functional across all mobile devices. You can manage inspections, review case details, and assist clients directly from your phone or tablet.Improves visibility in dark environments - Integrated Team Chat:
Agents within the same user group can now communicate directly through the portal using the integrated chat functionality.Available in WebRTC-based sessions - Internal Video Calls for Collaboration:
The platform now supports internal video calls between agents, enabling faster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and operational support.
Torch Control Available in WebRTC Sessions February 2026
Hosts can now remotely activate the flashlight (torch) on the participant’s device during a WebRTC inspection session. This improves visibility when inspecting poorly lit environments.

Full WebRTC Transition January 2026
The DLEGATE platform now runs entirely on WebRTC. This removes the need for browser extensions or plugins on the host device.
