Capture Geolocation During a Video Call
During a live inspection, the agent can request the users location to verify where images and videos are captured. The location can be saved and automatically linked to captured evidence.
1Open Location Request
During the video call, open the action menu and select the option to request the participant’s location.
- Access the action menu during an active session
- Select the location request option
2Send Location Request
Send a request to the user to access their device location.

- Request is sent securely to the participant’s device
3User Grants Permission
The user receives a permission request and can choose to allow or decline location access.
- User must explicitly approve location sharing
- No location is shared without consent
4Use and Manage Location Data
Once approved, the location is shared with the agent and can be used throughout the inspection.
- View and save the location as a data point
- Copy latitude and longitude coordinates
- Open the location directly in Google Maps
- Automatically tag captured images with location data
- Stop location tracking at any time
