They simply open a secure link sent via SMS or email and can join directly in their browser — whether they’re using a smartphone, tablet, or laptop, Android or iOS powered device. Most modern browsers are supported. This makes it easy for customers, field staff, and partners to connect instantly without downloads, accounts, or technical setup.

Yes. You can capture high-resolution snapshots at any time during the video inspection. All captured images are stored in the session gallery.
Where are captured images stored?
All snapshots are automatically stored in the session gallery and remain available after the meeting ends.
Can I generate a report after the inspection?
Yes. After the meeting ends, you can generate a PDF report containing all captured images and annotations.
